Going out and still eating healthy can be a hard thing to do. Here is one meal to help guide you with some hacks on how to stay healthy even while eating out.
1. 86 the bun! No bun, no problem. At many restaurants if you do not want the bun, you can simply replace it for a side salad.
2. Dressing on the side. If you're not making your own dressing, the calories can add up fast. If you get the dressing on the side you can monitor how much you use so that your salad is not loaded with extra calories.
3. Skip the fries. Go with an alternative, like coleslaw or zucchini sticks. Even sides like this can add up the fat fast, so make sure not to eat them all yourself!
4. Add some avo! Avocado is the best way to add healthy fat to your diet. Also, avocado tastes so yummy you'll probably forget you're not eating the bun 😏
5.Make it veggie! Unless you know your meat is farm fresh, the veggie option may just be the better choice!
